Dr. Alessandro Merenda was born in Pisa on May 29, 1957. He graduated in Economics and Commerce on July 13, 1984.
During the autumn session of 1984, he passed the examination to become a Chartered Accountant and enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of the Province of Pisa.
He served as a Bankruptcy Trustee and Judicial Commissioner, and provided tax, corporate and business advice to various companies primarily located in the province of Pisa, at Livorno and in the province of Siena.
He also holds positions as a statutory auditor for important companies, some of which he serves as President or Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors or External Auditor.
